Help Seattle Culinary Academy, Les Dames d'Escoffier Seattle, and Slow Food Seattle support World Central Kitchen (WCK) by attending our fundraising event. Ticket price includes a mezze buffet, plus dinner prepared in the signature World Central Kitchen paella pan, two complimentary glasses of wine, and a tahini ice cream dessert bar.. We used this pan for WCK relief training back in the fall and we are excited to pull it out to feed you and meet our fundraising goal!

Mezze: Kisir, Mutebbel, Muhamarra, Sigara Boregi, Tarama, Havoc Tarator, Stuffed Mussels, Beet Salad, Olives

Grilled Chicken- Sumac/Syrian Zaatar
Turkish Pilaf- Kuru Fasulye-Pilav
Vegetable Kabob- Zucchini with “Ezme” tomato, chili, green pepper onion, walnut
Desserts: Kunefe, Smoked Tahini Ice Cream Cones
Beverages: Ticket includes a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage
The mezze buffet starts at 6:30, entrée will be served served from the paella pan at 7:15 pm, dessert will presented at 7:45. Parking can be found in the neighborhood and at pay lots, including the garage at Harvard and Pine. Please enter on Broadway at entrance A, then follow signs toward Seattle Culinary Academy.
There will be a silent auction to raise even more support for WCK. Auction items include the following baskets: Celebrating Seattle, Enjoy Happy Hour!, Taste of Provençal, Saluti Italia!, and a cheese assortment. Images of some items below.
